Area-51m R2, CPU fan error
I have a problem turning on the computer, a pre-boot diagnostic starts and it shows an error saying that the cpu fan did not activate correctly, but the fans work correctly, and I have no problem, and then it did a diagnostic in the application from support asist and everything goes well, what can I do so that this diagnosis is not made every time I turn on my laptop?, since it is very annoying and everything seems to work well, I would greatly appreciate it! I already updated the bios too

Hi @Axel G welcome to this free user to user Alienware laptop discussion forum. This is not Dell Support.
If you are not happy to replace the fans, the following is for information should you decide to get professional assistance.
Alienware Area-51m R2 laptop is getting old and moving parts will be reaching their end of life. The prospect that both fans should be replaced should be anticipated. The following video includes how to get access to the fans.
Dell support for Alienware Area-51m R2 includes Removing the heat-sink assembly.
Single or matched pair replacement fans are available, example CPU&GPU Cooling Fan For DELL AlienWare Area-51M Upgrade RTX 2080 BSM1012MD FY4CJ | eBay
You may decide to disconnect and then reconnect the fan cable with the motherboard, and this might reinstate a good electrical connection that does not trigger POST saying that there is a hardware problem.
