I give my laptop Alienware 17 R5 for service in 1000FIX, and they are only DELL authorized service centers in Bangladesh. 

Unfortunately, they don't have a schismatic diagram to diagnose the laptop motherboard. As my laptop is already out of warranty, the replacement of the motherboard is likely the same expenses as a purchasing new laptop.

So I have no option without repairing the motherboard. 

1000FIX has tried to purchase schematic diagram from a third party seller, but they got scammed. And I forbid them to do Blackbox testing, as some silly mistake can destroy my laptop for good.

Hello @U2CAMEB4ME we are having AlienFX not found problems with our new Alienware 17 R5 laptop which was delivered 3 months ago. Have used your link to https://www.laboneinside.com/category/laptop-schematic-diagrams/, but search did not find Alienware 17 R5 motherboard schematic diagram. We do not know if the AlienFX hardware is on the motherboard or a daughterboard. SupportAssist says motherboard test has passed, but laptop continues to be dark. Kind regards.

Have you tried reinstalling AlienFX?

The Motherboard Controls all the Lighting. There is no extra daughter board that controls the LEDs.

Hello @Alienware Area-51 ALX 2006 thank you for your reply complete with hyperlink. We have used the Alienware Command Center Application installer many times and it always refuses to install the AlienFX applications, etc. Download and installation of Alienware Command Center v5.2.89.0 from Dell Drivers & Downloads page asks to wait for installation of additional components (AlienFX v2.0, etc.), but these are not installed. Alienware Command Center has been removed and reinstalled many times using the Dell Community solutions, but additional components are never installed.
