13/14th Intel Processors issue

Intel released news that the 13th gen processors had voltage issues that could/will cause degradation. Should I start having this issue, will Alienware's warranty cover the error that was caused by Intel?

The problem you're referring to is over desktop CPUs, not mobile ones. Intel has extended some warranties for desktop CPUs, but claims the issues with mobile CPUs are different and will be fixed by microcode (firmware) updates. Those will come from Dell for whatever unspecified system you have.
