upgrading X51 R2
Hi. I am thinking about upgrading my X51 R2 (bought in december 2014) in the near future and I am looking for some advice on what to choose, since this is the first time I do this on my own. I have found some answers, but I am still unsure about it.
My current cpu is a i5-4460 3.2 GHz and I have a GTX 745 GPU. have a 240W power supply.
What I want to know is what i7 CPU's are compatible / recommended.
Samething for my Graphics card. And regarding graphics cards, can it handle double slot cards? If so, which?

1. i7's: Any desktop Haswell i7. The R2 came with either the i7-4770 or i7-4790(K).
2. Dual width is support, but if you want a much better GPU, you will need the 330w PSU. Otherwise, the best you can get with the 240w PSU is the GTX 750 ti.

Thanks for the reply. I was thinking about a GTX 960 or maybe even a 970.
If I upgrade my power supply to 330W, can it handle it?
