Broken screen

Well, it is absolutely an accidental damage. This problem needs depot /technicians assistance. In Depot they would go ahead diagnose the computer and replace the parts accordingly.
There is a warranty status check required in this situation.This would help us identify next course of action.

There are 2 kinds of warranties.
1)      Complete Care Warranty.
If your computer is covered under Complete Care Warranty, we can go ahead and pull your computer to depot and service your computer.

2)       Just the basic onsite or depot warranty.
If your computer is not covered under the Complete Care Warranty, you would have to pay for the service as well as for the replacement if required.

If the computer has an active warranty, I’d request you to private message me the system service tag number. To private message; click on my user name and click start conversation.
