Alienware graphics amplifier 120mm fan?

Hello, I recently bought the Alienware graphics amplifier and a 1080TI to match. I've been reading online and haven't found a single solid answer for this question. Is it possible to fit a 120mm fan into the amplifier? I was looking at purchasing a Thermaltake Riing Plus 12 LED RGB Radiator Fan TT Premium Edition or the Corsair LL120 RGB 120mm Dual Light Loop RGB LED PWM Fan, if so.  Both are 120mm, and my main concern isn't the lid of the amp closing. But if anyone has knowledge on whether they would fit, and if the lid WOULD close, it'd be appreciated.
