Order been cancelled by Sales team, can not reorder it.

Got an email from the sales team, saying they have a better price for me, they canceled my original order and will make an order for me, when they start to reorder it, the price changed, even higher than the original price that I placed by myself, talked to the sale's coach, saying will raise a request for me, until now I do not have any updates, the team made mistakes why let the consumer buy it? Now, I need to pay extra 200 dollars to get the desktop I want??? All I want is to reorder the price had, and that is even not possible... 

Been using Alienware products for more than 8 years, and that is how Dell treats its customers?

After chatting with another agent, they replace my order(within 10 mins), IDK why other sales are so difficult to make process, but I saved all transcripts, and the agent helped me will definitely the staff should get the reward!

I would strongly suggest to use the get help now button in the lower right corner of the screen, to talk to a Dell agent.

Something does not sound right about what happened to you.

yes, that is what I think too, you can not cancel my order, and tell me you can not make things work out, and I just placed another order with another agent, and the price is my original price now, within 10 mins get approved, the coach and the salesperson who is misleading me, I really wish to make a complaint!

This is just a user to user help forum. I am thinking in order to place a complaint you would need to contact the agent again to find the best avenue for that...
