New Aurora R15 has arrived
Yesterday I received my new Aurora R15 with an Core i7 13700KF/32GB DDR5 5200MHz/RTX4080/Lunar Light Case and 1.350 W PSU/ Alienware Cryo-tech(TM) Edition and wanted to share my first impression: In my opinion its by far the best Aurora Alienware has produced so far (i owned an R5 and R10 Ryzen Edition and two pre-Dell-Alienwares before). Its extremely silent and cool compared to my R10 Ryzen Edition, it looks amazing and is of course a quite powerful machine. All of my games run perfectly on ultra-settings and UWQHD, 3Dmark time spy score is 25.491 on my first run without overclocking.All in all im very happy with my upgrade from the R10 so far. One weird thing: Dell website says my warranty has expired (LOL-after one day?) and there is a problem with my support service. I will check that next week and contact DELL-support.

The few comments I would have on the look:
- Power cable for the GPU could be routed better.
- They should have removed the labels from the SSD and the wireless M2 card so they blend in better.
But it looks good, hopefully it provides many months of gaming excellence.

Agreed . . . a small heatsink to cover the M.2 SSD labeling would be a big aesthetics improvement.

Thanks for your replies. Yes i agree. Dell should have installed a M.2 SSD with a black heatsink and the GPU power cable can be routed better. I am happy that i ordered the 5200MHz DDR5 memory (Kingston Fury). If you order the 4800MHz DDR5 memory you also get green memory-sticks without heatsinks. Except from that "aesthetics-issues" the R15 is a real cool machine and i like the design style. I am still impressed of the low noise level compared to my R10 even with intense workload.

Good to know you are running smooth and quiet. They should have moved to the 240mm CPU radiator way back when the i9-9900K was introduced. With the quantity Dell would be purchasing they probably could have gotten those M.2 heatsink covers for less that a dollar each. Do they even look through their own window?

First 50 Cent aesthetics-improvement for the messy GPU-wiring. The GPU-Power-Cable is routed directly in front of the side-window of the R15 if you order a 4080/4090 card. So I think a small cable hose should be installed by DELL out of the factory. Other than that i am still very happy with my new R15: Fast, very powerful, silent and cool!

Just added a second M2 SSD (Crucial P5 plus) and black be quiet heatsinks. Aesthetics and SSD-temperatures are much better now. For the green (why not black??) wifi-card i havent found a fitting black heatsink or cover yet. Still very happy with my R15

@JohnnyRamone Looks perfect!
How were you able to move the GPU wiring? Did you route it behind the motherboard's panel?
