First, I would connect a different (fairly plain) USB-keyboard to the back of the Aurora-R7 ... see if the problem follows the keyboard or the computer.
Wish I could ,, but I threw out the old one when I got my new system :( Would have thought anyway if it was the keyboard then it would be the same on the other user profiles but they are fine.
I just installed a large April Windows update tonight and was hoping that might have cleared it up but no such luck.
Stumped ,, ,guess I will just have to give tech support a call but I am not reinstalling the whole operating system.

Hmm, I didn't think it would be that hard for some one who uses Windows computers to try a different keyboard. :TongueTied:
I guess you can try the Windows-10 On-Screen keyboard.

It's because the Scroll lock is locked. Try pressing on your keyboard the scroll lock key above the home key and next to the print screen key

The original post was from 3 years ago I'm thinking he fixed it, or replaced the keyboard or found a fix, etc by now.
