AW3423DW, won't turn on
Alienware 34 Curved OLED Monitor AW3423DW
Hi all,
I've owned an Alienware AW3423DW since 2022. Just yesterday, when I came back to my desk, I found my monitor completely dark with no response to anything, no power LED light, pressing anything doesn't show any response from the monitor.
I've since tried to do some troubleshooting; found a discussion on this forum with someone with similar issues (https://www.dell.com/community/en/conversations/alienware-desktops/aw3423dwf-not-turning-on-at-all/6521af796966bb7fe82e401b
I left my monitor completely unplugged for 9 hours and tried it again, but again no dice. Tried the 3-pin cable that I use for my PC (this one successfully powers my PC right now) on the monitor but again, no sign of life at all. I don't smell any sort of burning like a short circuit.
Any help would be very appreciated!

Your monitor comes with a 3-year Advanced Exchange Service so that if a replacement becomes necessary, it will be shipped to you the next business day during your 3-year Limited Hardware Warranty (includes OLED-burn in).
If the monitor is still under warranty, it's time to click on that Get Help Now button on the bottom right of this forum' screen.

@Chino de Oro That confirms my suspicions that there's not much I can do to fix it. I'll contact Dell for a replacement under warranty this Monday. Thanks!
Edit: Tried leaving it unplugged 24 hours like the discussion I linked suggested, but monitor is still dead-dead.
