AW3423DW, goes black

Hello, sometimes when the screen is plugged into my computer, the screen goes black and the screen does not turn on again.even though the led light is on.I have to unplug the power cable all the time.I don't know, I had an asus monitor before and there was no problem with it.For example yesterday when I turned on windows 11 hdr setting the screen went black again and did not come on.
