its an old monitor. I forgot to tell i haven't used this in like 5 months because the board was damage and cant turn it on and I just replaced the board today and managed to fix it. I dont know if it is me or the screen is like this.
Typically yes. My older LCD screens have the same issue. To be sure you can measure them with a colorimeter if you have access to one. That will tell you the nits and color temperature.
Thanks, I have confirmed it. The problem is the LCD Upper backlight. I was planning on replace the LCD but its way too expensive and the shipping too. Might buy a new monitor than replacing the LCD.
Those replacement parts are typically expensive and only worth it for a professional monitor. For the cheaper monitors it's more cost effective to just purchase a new one.
You are in luck with the black Friday sales going on. I just picked up a new monitor myself because of the deals that are available.

If it's older it is likely the backlight. They typically change color spectrum over time towards lower degree Kelvin, hence the yellowish tint.

It is like I'm viewing on a side angle. so the backlight really is the problem?
