Anyone had this issue and/or know how to resolve it?

try replace cmos battery with a new cr2032 and clear cmos settings via mobo jumper. if error still there, are you able to turn on the pc and boot into windows?

the power button module is DP/N 29F15

The CR2032 button battery did fix the issue. Thanks!
