Aurora R4, wireless
I have an Alienware Aurora R4 with no wireless capabilities I did not choose that option when buying my system but, I recently got broadband from a new ISP that is installed downstairs in my house so I cant use a wired connection at the moment just wireless. since my system is upstairs. I just wondering what do I need to set up wireless on me Alienware Aurora ? Is it just two cables ? judging from this pic I found. Any help would be much appreciated

the pair of white header (#11 wireless + #9 bluetooth) are on MIO.
these wires are routed to a wifi card next to optical drive, if there is card installed there.

"Is it just two cables ?"
If you didn't pay for wifi you'd also need the wifi card. There are much faster options now than the cards it would have shipped with in 2014.

Just get a pcie wifi 6 card, about $20 -$30, and 2 minutes to install.

No, do not do it that way. That interface through the MIO-Board's USB-Hub is proprietary and doesn't seem to work with Windows-10. Others have reported it and I found the same with my Aurora-R1 (same/similar MIO-Board).
Like @r72019 posted, a PCIe card is best. Also, since (IIRC) you have USB-3, so a Netgear USB WiFi adapter would work in a pinch. Those are just nice to have in your "toolbox" in general anyway.
But yeah, I prefer wired-ethernet. I'm running gigabit ethernet to all desktops, home theater, HDTV's, etc. Only thing I use WiFi for is stuff like iPads, iPhones, laptops, Alexa Echos, etc.

You can use this USB-WiFi dongle.

The absolute easiest would be to use a USB WIFI adaptor USB wireless adaptor
Going by the R4 manual it has 4 x USB 2 connectors + 1 x USB 3 connector on the back of the machine
If you are not using the USB 3 port at the back, that is where I would put the USB adaptor, and if possible get a USB 3 wifi adaptor. Just make sure to double check it is the correct USB adaptor that fits into the USB port of your machine.

I would also just comment that trying to source used OEM wifi components now to add a slower/outdated wifi card made in 2011 may likely end up more expensive and time consuming than just buying a new USB dongle or pcie add in card.

Yeah. I mean it's all relative.
USB dongle, 5 seconds (insert usb stick).
Pcie add in card, 30 seconds (open computer, insert card, close computer).
