Aurora R16, Dolby driver, dxdiag info error

something is wrong with this download it seems to cause dxdiag to have this error for the download named Dolby-Atmos-Application-OEM-Access-Key_6KN94_WIN64_3.16.9.0_A00_02 its under Drivers and Downloads, and shows up for the Alienware Aurora R16, do not download it, I cannot find a way to uninstall it, and it seems to cause dxdiag to get extra sound info error, and I have not been able to figure out how to remove it from my desktop besides going into F12 and doing a factory reset on the pc to fix it, SupportAssist doesn't seem to install it which is good, since I am not really sure it was for my desktop because of the problem it seems to cause, there are a few other things listed, but it does seem to be connected to this download I think was the cause. I only pasted the error part of dxdiag.txt file here. I reinstall my games from my external hard drive, after I do that factory reset, I cannot see any other way to fix this since that download doesn't seem to put an uninstaller into windows at all. and Copilot was no help, it keeps giving me uninstaller info for dolby Access itself, and not the OEM part, it seem unable to help me correctly in this case. I do not know what UTCCaptureV1 is or what installed it, I think it has to do with the Steel Series Apex 7 keyboard. That Steel Series GG, its software has a capture video game play feature for streaming which should be turned off since I am not logged into the software at this time. but it could also be something else I do not know for sure.

So, I did a factory reset already on my Alienware, and dxdiag no longer gets that extra sound info error, but if you save dxdiag.txt to the desktop, it has these in it, this is a clean factory reset on the Alienware Aurora R16 desktop, I have yet to reinstall or plug in my Samsung external hard drive yet for transferring back my games like from epic games, ubisoft and EA app games and my gog games, I keep the big download data on the external hard drive for access, it makes having to do a factory reset less painful if you don't have to redownload the really big video games on your Wi-Fi home connection of course. under notes for all it says No problems found. yet something does show up in the dxdiag log still, I am doing windows updates and SupportAssist app updates at this time, but I do not think that should cause the dxdiag.txt file, I don't recall but I think below is normal for Windows 23h2, at least my gigabyte pc, didn't have these below. at one point I think it did disconnect from the wifi while supportAssist was downloading, I got it connected again, dxdiag might of created a error log report from that but I am not sure, I see if these go away once all the windows updates are done, if so then these are not problems, since dxdiag app itself doesn't seem to detect any more problems.
