Aurora R13, rear cable cover JK8P2

So I bought an Alienware Aurora R13 from the Outlet and it's suppose to come with a rear cable cover as listed in the packing slip but it didn't. It is specifically Lunar Light Rear Cable Cover JK8P2. I called support and they created the dispatch but they can't source the part so they want me to return the whole system for a refund. How can this be? The part is still available for order with a new Aurora R13 system. I've asked for escalation to U.S. based support and they say it's not possible. What's going on here? Return the whole system and lose a big sale for a $70-80 cable cover?  Who can help?
