Aurora R13, help in upgrading main SSD

I have an Aurora R13 (i9+3080). My main M2 SSD is a 1tb drive that came with the pc. I have installed times ago a 2nd 2tb M2 SSD, a very fast Samsung PRO to store games. Now i would like to upgrade to a 4tb (too many games) but i would like to use the fast 2tb Samsung in place of the original 1tb ssd. I was thinking of cloning the main ssd to the 2tb Samsung, then turn off the pc, open the lid and simply swap the (cloned) drive. Do you think it will work with no issues or do i have to make a clean install of everything? I have noticed that in bios the system is on raid by factory, i have never changed that even if the pc came with only 1 disk inside. If my procedure is correct please advise for a good (possibly free) cloning software. Thanks!

Yes, the cloning program from Samsung is enough, it works 100%

@Real_Boy85 Thanks for your help. Will the Samsung cloning software add also the hidden partitions, the ones with all the recovery files?

@Locutus4k

According to the information, the Smasung clone cannot do this.
Are you afraid of losing Windows files???
If yes, then you just need to create a WIN 10 USB key and do a clean installation.

I deleted and reformatted all disks several times and did a clean installation of Windows 10, all information is on the motherboard.

@Real_Boy85 I would like to make a 1:1 copy of the original ssd so in case of anything goes wrong in the future i can restore system with all the Dell original setup files.  Do you know some software that can do this? Thanks again.

@Locutus4k

Everything is on the DELL site, every single driver and program that your system needs, enter your service label and you just download.
