Aurora R13, GeForce RTX 3060, flickering, frozen screen
I just got this PC for around 2 months and this started happening whenever I tried playing games recently. It occurred while playing Elden Ring, Tower of Fantasy and Minecraft (on an emulator).
Any help would be much appreciated.

Try watching this video, the portion that deal with the fan speeds: AWCC fan speeds
AWCC = Alienware Control Center

There weren’t any error codes

Looks like a video card issue to me, at first glance.
Try to perform a pre boot hardware test to see if any error codes come back: EPSA test

I ran the benchmark for a few minutes and nothing wrong happened. So I ran a game that has caused the problem before and it's running smoothly now. I don't know if the issue is solved or not though.

Try running heaven benchmark and see if the problem occurs again: Heaven benchmark
It's a free download and will put your video card under load.

That "diffuser" is actually called a "graphics card end holder", and since they only got half of a graphics card . . . probably not necessary.

What is the make/model of computer and also video card ?
If it's that new, you might want to contact Dell Support and have then run Diagnostics and check video-card.

Also ensure to have proper airflow. It will come with extra fan noise, but you don't want to overheat components.
I also thought there was black air diffuser between the video card and the bottom fan?

I zoomed in on it. It looks like a diffuser for air that also has a flat piece sticking out to support the end of the video card.
If this is only a support for the video card it is very elaborately constructed.
