Aurora R11, 4070 upgrade broke NVMe SSD

Ok so, I upgraded my Aurora R11's gpu from a 2070 super to a 4070 then did a factory reset because my computer was a little slow and buggy. For whatever reason now my extra NVMe SSD which is a crucial ct1000pssd8 is not being detected through my PCI x8 slot via adapter. It was working fine before so I'm not quite sure what's going on with it. It's not showing up in bios either at this point. I was able to see it in device manager under the hidden section. I uninstalled it thinking it would be able to reconnect but now it's not showing up anywhere. My bios is set to UEFI, AHCI (was previously set to raid after reset) Can someone please help me get this working again? I'm not sure what else I can do to make it show up at this point.

If it was initialized as RAID the controller has to stay in RAID.

Also, pending on the type of adaptor it might need a specific type of configuration of the slot. Did you move it into a different slot?
