Aurora R10, enabling 3200MHz ram?

My Aurora R10 came with 8GB Fury DDR4 UDIMM 3200MHz XMB ram. I bought an additional 16GB stick of R-create DDR4 3200MHz UDIMM XMB. Now I check and only get 2667MHz, and there is no option in AWCC (Alien Command Center) and in bios. Its only giving me things like voltage and stuff to change. I don't know what settings if any I need to change in there?

24GB is not a supported configuration for an Aurora R10:

Configurations supported:
  • 8 GB, 1 x 8 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz
  • 16 GB, 1 x 16 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz
  • 16 GB, 2 x 8 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz
  • 32 GB, 2 x 16 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz
  • 64 GB, 2 x 32 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz
  • 64 GB, 4 x 16 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz
  • 128 GB, 4 x 32 GB, DDR4, 3200 MHz
  • 16 GB, 1 x 16 GB, DDR4, 3400 MHz
  • 32 GB, 2 x 16 GB, DDR4, 3400 MHz
  • 64 GB, 2 x 32 GB, DDR4, 3400 MHz
  • 64 GB, 4 x 16 GB, DDR4, 3400 MHz
  • 128 GB, 4 x 32 GB, DDR4, 3400 MHz

That is the first problem. Second problem is these systems have limited aftermarket RAM support.

I have never seen support for T-create DDR4 3200MHz. I have actually not heard of T-create RAM before...

Did you mix an 8 Gb stick with a 16 Gb stick?

Yes, I put the 8gb on slot 1 black, and 16gb slot 2 white. I'm not trying to run dual channel.

. . . or you could just get two matching 16GB RAM modules that are compatible with the R10. I don't think any motherboard supports mismatched RAM.

Certain Crucial memory modules are supported. There's threads on this forum and Reddit about aftermarket RAM support for the R10 specifically.
