Aurora R10, AWCC updated, Sound tab missing from Fusion
The sound setting are suddenly gone. I had this happen a few months back and restarting fixed it but this time no luck. I can open the Realtek Audio Console but I have to way of using my regular sound settings. Alienware Command Center updated automatically a few days ago and it's been gone since. Any idea how to fix this without having to reinstall the dumb Command Center again? I think I've reinstalled the thing about 5 or 6 times since I received the computer. So buggy.

I found a way to fix this:
Ctrl + alt + del, and open your task manager.
Click "More details" and switch to Services tab.
Find "Nahimic service" and check if is turn on or not. If it is stopped, right click and start it.
Done. Just restart AWCC and sound tab should appear

Fun fact, hitting Ctrl + Shift + Esc opens up task manager without needing to click anything.

This didn't work for me btw, I see it running in my services. Even restarted it for good measure but no change. Reset the computer as well after that. Nothing

I have not seen this sound tab for quite some time in the fusion tab (R10) ,even if nahimic serv. is running.
You might look in the MS-store if the Alienware Sound Center is installed for you. It is on my computer so all the components seem to be in place... still no sound tab. I don't know if it's supported anymore.

I was having the same problem too and found this. To fix it, I switched to Realtek Digital Output and switched back to my other device. I guess if you already are using it, try switching to another output device and back to Realtek Digital Output.

I fixed this by doing 2 things...1.Reinstall the alienware oc controls. 2. reinstall the real tek audio driver. this will bring back the audio tab in the alienware command center.
