Shut down after update

I see I'm not the only one who has problems after the recent update, I tried everything. Dell needs to be held responsible and fix our systems even if the warranty is expired. I'm so sick of Dell....., I'm done. I will never buy another Dell product

What machine model do you have and what happened?

Some of the newer machines have BIOS Recovery-2/3 capabilities and as a last resort ... you can always remove the CMOS battery and try a BIOS reset.

The issues come from MICROSOFT and have nothing to do with Dell.

Dell does not provide updates to windows.
