Alpha R2, power comes through but nothing happens

I have an Alpha r2 with a graphics amplifier attached to it, and I hadn’t used the desktop in a few days. When I got back to turn it on, it wouldn’t actually turn on. The green light on the brick is on, the white light coming from the graphics amplifier on the back is on, and I hear the fans whirring, but the actual led lights on the front and the computer itself isn’t turning on
