Alpha R2, AGA only working as USB hub

My computer is an Alienware alpha R2, with a gtx 960 and I have a 1060 in my AGA which I would like to be using, however, nothing seems to recognize my AGA. Alienware command center does not let me change the color of it, and in device manager, I cannot see any graphics cards there. However, if I plug my mouse or keyboard into it, they work perfectly fine. I have tried reinstalling most of the software, the AGA software, the alienware command center software, and have installed all current updates that this https://www.dell.com/support/home/en-us/product-support/product/alienware-steam-r2-console/overview page tells me to install, however it does seem to have three conflicting bios updates, and I have tried with all three to no avail. I am currently on the latest bios update that has been released. I have also reseated my graphics card, and cleaned out my AGA and alpha R2 so there is no dust.

Specific Drivers are required and the power supply must be good and the connectors on both ends must not be broken and the cable must be good. Said drivers are NOT native to windows and must be reinstalled after every feature update. Drivers won't install and hardware wont be seen if you have bios that supports secure boot unless you use a DELL OEM card with Dell bios certificate.  NON DELL Cards require Secure boot off and CSM on. chipset and audio drivers as well as intel graphics drivers are not optional.

Hi @Frogies44 does the Alienware Graphics Amplifier: Setup video help resolve this Alienware Alpha R2 problem?

No, Everything is plugged in correctly, and as stated it works as a USB hub but the graphics card does not work at all, and is not even recognized by my computer.

It is not a fake card, and has worked in the past when I first got it. The card I want to use is a GTX 1060, which should work fine with the AGA.
