Alpha R1, Alien FX and Command Center issues

So I upgraded to windows 10 on my Alienware Alpha the original one from 2013 I have the  I3 3.2ghz 4gb ram ddr3l  500gb disk drive GeForce GPU (Essentially a 720gpu, but soldered to the motherboard)   I know that:

1. The command center will crash from just tabbing out of it 

2. I can change the colors on the console via the Alien FX

3. No Alien FX hot key commands I try to use work  

4. The Command center is Alien FX version 4.0.56 that was supposed to be for windows 8

5. I updated to Windows 10 and it broke almost every thing that Alienware installed on to the pc In the first place

Right now I am trying to use the hot key Shift+ Control+ H to switch to HDMI in ,but I cannot because Alien FX /command is broken .I want to get it fixed I know it is software issue because of other forum posts,.

So what am I getting at I am making a similar yet specific post to get this  to the higher up that this needs to be fixed In some way  that is reasonable and not just ridiculous or so that some one who knows what I am going through can give me an exact or narrowed down way to fix it.
