XPS 9560 Linux system starting problems after bios update to 1.20

Question

Hi,

After updating BIOS to ver. 1.20 almost 2 of 3 restarts of the system end with a freeze on Linux OS (manjaro, ubuntu).

Example of the situation:

Turning on XPS, the system freeze on Dell logo after grub selection
Hard reset
Turning on XPS, the system freezes just after loading the OS desktop (autostart programs, selecting console Ctrl+Alt+Fx not responding).
Hard reset
Turning on XPS, the system starts just like from sleep.

Does anyone have similar issues or know what can be the cause of this problem? There is no problem with loading Windows 10.

System config: XPS 9560, Inter Core i7700HQ, 32 GB RAM
