XPS 15-9570 Dead Pixes
Dear Dell,
I have my laptop for 4 months and although I generally like it there is one thing that really causes me a bunch of concern. Actually there are 8 things that cause me to be ticked off - namely 8 dead pixels on my shiny new well protected laptop. What are my options? The laptop is under warranty.
Please let me know.

If this is a 9570 - which has barely begun shipping -- it cannot be four months old. Whatever model it really is, contact Dell to have the display replaced under warranty.

Yes - you are absolutely correct - it is 9560 - purchased in Jan.
