XPS 13 acting as magnet
Hello,
I am using XPS 13 9380, I just noticed that the area around the keypad are acting like a magnet, the area to the left and right,
is this normal?

Yes that is normal.
Since you have no lid lock, it should use magnets to hold down the LCD.
You should also have a third one located in the lower left or right hand corner of the LCD bezel.
That one is used for the "Reed Switch"
When you close the lid the magnet trips the Reed Switch and the LCD turns off.

I think this is the reason why there's cpu noise ...
