XPS 13 7390 2-in-1, keyboard issues
Hello,
I bought my laptop maybe 2 or 3 months ago. While using it yesterday, the "d" key stopped responding when pressed. I have used air to try and clean it out, restarted, and looked for drivers. Nothing has fixed it.
When the computer is turned on or flipped back from tablet mode, it acts as if the d key is being pressed until I push a different button, then it stops typing, but the d key will not respond to touch. When I turn the computer on, it gets stuck flashing red, green, blue, black, and white screen. I have some luck bypassing this back to desktop by holding power, function, and f12, but it wasnt doing this until the key was stuck.
This computer is not even 4 months old and I can't express how disappointed and frustrated I am by this. I didnt have a Dell before and thought I'd try the brand. I have the pro warranty. What can I do to either fix the D sticking issue or have someone look at it, diagnose it, and fix it?
