XPS 13 2in1 9370 hinge problem

I've got a pretty decent deal on this laptop, the only problem is that left hinge is not quite where it should be, so the screen is a bit to the left (as you can see in the photos). Is it fixable or I should buy a new hinge? You think it was just a simple mistake in assembly that can be rectified easily? how's it gonna affect the longevity of laptop in the long run?

It doesn't have any internal issues, everything's fine and works properly, been testing it for 2 days.

It's perfectly fine in the tablet form, exactly where it should be and screen is perfectly aligned with the back.
