Fingerprint Sensor on my XPS 15 9570 not working

Hello everyone, i am loving my xps until now, but unfortunately I have a problem with the fingerprint sensor, when I go to configure it, nothing happens, I put my finger on it but the configuration does not continue. I tried with a thousand solutions (bios update / rollback, driver install / unistall, change parameters in the bios regarding intel sgx) but nothing. I have the latest version of windows 10 and all drivers are up to date. I even reinstalled windows 2 times but nothing. Please help me, thank you.
