"Enter" button on keyboard for Android tablet

Can you please let me know what device are you using?
What PocketCloud version number?

Any ideas as to how to get the "enter" button useable while using pocketcloud rdp???

Android 3.2.1

The keyboard that is having trouble is the one that comes when hitting the keyboard on the mouse wheel. It does look almost exactly like the keyboard that the tablet uses. Can you change which keyboard is used in pocketcloud?

I am using a lenovov k1 tablet and loaded pocketcloud to be able to access my work computer that runs windows xp. Evrything loaded fine and connects no problem. The problem I have is if I am accessing my work computer with pocketcloud and try to reply to an e-mail or work in excel or word, the keyboard does not allow me to use the enter button. It shows up, but it does not work. Keyboard works fine with everything else??? Do you guys have any ideas why?

Yes, you can change the default keyboard on your device by going to Settings > Language & Input (or Keyboard depending on what version of Android). You should be able to change the keyboard in this part of Settings on your device. Let me know if this helps.

It's not just microsoft, I am using t-bird for e-mail. It is anytime I am using the keyboard while connected to my work computer with pocketcloud. Everything else is working great with pocketcloud. It is just frustrsting to try and respond to an e-mail and not be able to hit enter to drop down a line.

I totally understand the frustration. What version of Android does the Lenovo K1 Tablet use?

I changed keyboard input methods as suggested and it works great. Solved the problem.

What keyboard are you using on the device? Are you using the Android keyboard or is it a special (device specific) Lenovo one? Can you try using a different system keyboard to see if that makes a difference?

This is such a big problem. I think problem is with your device otherwise app is working fine. I am also using it and no problem at all.
