internet explorer script error
I receive the following error:

How do I correct this?

Script errors are usually the result of bad coding on the particular web page. If this is the case, then there is nothing you can do about it because whoever coded the web page would have to correct the error. Do you only get this on one web page or do you get it consistently? If it is only on one web page, what web page is it?

Is msn.com your home page? If so, try changing it something else and see if you still get that error when you load Internet Explorer.
