blue highlighted documents and folders showing up in Windows

I have been recently noticing alot of blue-highlighted icons and files showing up in my systems folders and My Documents folders. ARe these something new and do I need them or are they dialers and malware, Adaware don't see them and AVP misses them too. Any help? Microsoft and Dell no help.

Are these always the same icons? If so what are there names. Things should not be automatically highlighting themselves. Could you unhighlight yourself?

Blue file names indicate files that have been compressed, green file names indicate files that have been encrypted. This is normal and requires no intervention.

If the color bothers you you can deselect "Show encrypted or compressed files in color" on the View tab of folder options. (in Windows Explorer, on the tool bar click Tools> Folder Options)
