Tibco Software Installation Problem in Vista Premium

Hi,

Couple of days back i got Insipiron 1525 with vista O/S. I was trying to Install Tibco software however it was not and one more add values is laptop is very slow. (3 GM RAM, 250 GM HD, 1.73 GHz Process).

Even iam not concerned about speed.

I have to install Tibco, my purpose of new laptop for only for that.

If not support Vista Premium,

What need to be done for moving Windows XP.

Please help is for the same.
