Error Messages -- The memory could not be "read".
The instruction at "0x007d3440" referenced memory at "0x6f69746d". The memory could not be "read".
I work at a small company and I have a client who is getting these types of error messages when ever they try to do anything, open e-mail, excel, anything in the quick launch or control panel, they start from the moment she logs into her cpu.
However, if i log in with my u/n & pw, everything works just fine for me. I've installed all the current updates (didn't help) I am in the process of running antivirus scan but I have to do it under my u/n which might not be all that beneficial, idk.
Either way I've searched and I can't find a good answer, I'm hoping someone here has some suggestions.
Thanks! :smileyvery-happy:

If it is just her account then I assume it is corrupt. I would delete that account and make a new one - but copy the files from it first (such as My Documents), you don't want to lose them.
