Go to support.dell.com and on the top on the search field type R141246 and then click con search.... That should work...
Also try click on
http://ftp.us.dell.com/chipset/R141246.EXE... Easier than that, I don´t think so... If by any chance you are not getting anything, delete cookies, temporary internet files, history... just in case...
I just installed the driver from the link GioAguilar postet, thanks for so far, in the Device Manager now there is e SD Host Controller, but when I plug in a SD Card Vista wants to install e driver but can't find one, in the device manager there is a SD Memory Card listed with a yellow !
I still can't find drivers for VISTA in the support from dell and my Service Tag is unknown, so I can't contact a dell employee in the chat

I have the same problem. I can read xD cards but when I put in my 1GB SD card from Sandisk Vista doesn't want to read it properly and formating it doesn't help it either. So just out of frustration I formated my PC and installed XP, installed all the drivers and the SD card worked. So its obviously the drivers being for XP and not Vista compatible and needs to be updated. DELL, we're waiting on you... you guys are still lacking on ATI drivers and Memory card reader drivers for the 1505/6400 computers... Heck my drivers Disk doesn't even like Vista but it was part of the 6400 software sent with it. (not like i need the disk anyways, but its the idea of sending software that doesn't work with vista.) Other than that the 6400 is an awesome computer IMO.
After installing R141246.EXE, every time I insert my camera's SD Memory card. I get a prompt for driver locations ?? I pointed it to c:\dell\drivers\R141246, but no use.
I looked up MS site and looks like it may be VISTA issue ( any surprises ?? :smileymad: ). See KB 939772 (
http://support.microsoft.com/kb/939772/en-us). If you trust MS a lot, you can put their hotfix and take a gamble.

The only drivers I had to install from this site were for the touchpad and video card.

I tried to plugin an USB Stick, VISTA also wants a driver just like for the SD Card, with an extern harddisk the same.
I already installed the Intel Chipset drivers from the dell support page, now its possible to choose VISTA in my web interface.
So I have no idea what to try...
