Can't initialize Biometric fingerprint reader suite neither v.5.6 nor v.5.8

I got a big problem! I have a DELL XPS M1530. It comes with fingerprint reader suite v.5.6, but it didnt worked with Mozilla Firefox 3.0, so WIndows problemcenter came with the solution of install version 5.8. I downloaded v 5.8, and desinstalled v 5.6(to be able to install the new version) and installed v 5.8. When i later started up the program i get the following error: 0xe7210005. I culd do the tutorial, and i culd even do the scanninc practice. Well reinstalled it with firewall off, and runed the program again(i had to restart computer first), but same error. Well then i decided just to forget bout and reisntall the version i had before, v5.6. I go to DELL site where i downloaded the program for my system, installed it, but when i was going to run it other error:

Don't know what to do now, shud i install version 5.8 again another way? Can't find any solution, have tried evrything PLEASE HELP!
