Can not view any .chm files from Dell support
I downloaded chm help file from Dell website and I can not see any content. All the rest .chm files on my system shows fine. Here is the link inside CHM file which shows empty page
res://C:\WINDOWS\System32\shdoclc.dll/navcancl.htm#mk:@MSITStore:C:\Documents%20and%20Settings\admin\Desktop\ug_en.chm::/tp.htm
How do I fix it?

Right click the .chm file. Choose Properties. On the General tab click "unblock."
