Boot problems optiplex 760

Hello
Everything started before two days. I turned off my computer, so my son could not play on it and told him it's broken. Yesterday morning I turned it on and all was fine, then turned it off again in the afternoon, but by the end of the day, when trying to turn it on again, It would not boot and showed me the "blue screen of death". It had some error message, but I didn't even remembered it, because it was the first time happening on this computer and I just rebooted it, but the message appeared again. It was about some hardware problems, newly installed hardware or something like that, but I didn't gave up and rebooted it again in Safe Mode with networking, but i had the blue screen again with the same error message. Then I decided to reboot again in Safe Mode, but this time without networking and I got into the system. I then proceeded with scanning of the computer with MBAM and it found only one virus, that I removed without even noticing the name of the bug. I was confident i would handle this, because it was not the first time happening to me, but on the computer, I am writing from now. So I rebooted again and was thinking everything should be back to normal, but then came the surprise. It was not booting at all, just showed the DELL sign , than the blinking cursor on the left top side of the screen and after that nothing else-just blank screen. I got tired and decided to sleep on it. In the morning with fresh ideas in my head i decided to try turning on the computer again with the hope, that everything will be fixed. But...no change! It didn't even show me the comforting blue screen, could not even get to the safe mode(no result after pressing F8 multiple times) I did that exercise for about 10-15 times. Then I took out the installation CD's. I tried to boot from the recovery console(the first R), then I tried to repair the boot sector. It successfully wrote a new boot sector, I restarted it and...no change. Then I ran the chkdsk utility with/r and /p, but all it told me was my disk was all right. Afterwards when rebooting and trying to get into Safe Mode I got that surprise:

So that's the story more or less. Do you have any ideas what else should I do. Any help will be highly appreciated.

OS: Windows XP Pro SP3    NO diskette drive ! I`ve all installaion CD`s

Thank you in advance!
