Blue screen and a 0x0000007F ..... Message

I have just removed some nasty spyware, worms and vira from a Dell-laptop of one of my friends. And when I try to log on it comes up with at blue screen and the error:

 

0x0000007F (0x00000008, 0x80042000, 0x00000000, 0x00000000)

 

Can anyone help me to what to do? Since I haven't been much into those errors.

 

I can start the laptop in Failsafe MODE. Can I do anything there to be able to solve the problem ?
