BSOD 0x1000000a & ACPI.SYS Latitude D820

I have a user that is running XP SP2 and about once a week gets a BSOD upon reconnecting the laptop to the docking station.  I'm not 100% sure exactly when it comes up but I know it is somehow related to the docking/undocking process.  I asked the user to be sure she is using the Undock button on the Start menu before she disconnects the laptop.

Has anyone else run into this yet?

Thanks,

I forgot to mention that I'm having the user run Prime95 for at least 4 hours to see if there are any calculation errors.  Thanks in advance...

Here's more detailed information:

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)

An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an

interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high. This is usually

caused by drivers using improper addresses.

If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.

Arguments:

Arg1: 0000000c, memory referenced

Arg2: 00000002, IRQL

Arg3: 00000000, value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation

Arg4: 804ef06b, address which referenced memory

Do Dell personnel support this forum?  I guess I'm going to have to call.
