Annoying Problem - Driver IRQL not less than or equal (Blue screen message)

Question

I need a little help fixing my computer.  Here's the problem...a few days ago I tried to uninstall McAfee Internet Securty program from my computer (A Dell Dimension 2400 series desktop computer). After the unistallation process my computer crashed to a blue screen that said 'IRQL not less than or equal'. It's really frustrating because I every time I start my computer I does this. It also gives an error message that says: 'Stop: 0xFF951000, 0x00000002, 0x00000000, 0x80511B1B'. After that my computer just restarts and the cyclye repeats. I can restart my computer in Safe Mode, however. It's been like this for a week now.

There is a ton of information on this error readily available by searching the forums here (using 'Advanced' search) as well as by a bit of 'Googling'.  The reason I've been rather non-specific is due to the sheer amount and variety of things that can throw this error.  These seem mostly to involve major driver update issues (i.e., video adapters), the Intel Application Accelerator utility and even hardware issues.  Someone else may be able to give you a quick point and shoot fix but I think you'll end up having to do a bit of trial and error to eliminate the possibilities.

Have you resolved your problem? I was running a virus scan with Macfee and when i got back to the computer I was having the same problem.
