You may want o refer to the following steps to access device manager: - Switch to 'Desktop Mode' and type 'devmgmt.msc' (without quotations) - Tap < Enter > to view 'Device Manager' page - Capture details of any devices with 'yellow mark or an exclamation mark' - Expand 'Network Adapters' and capture details of devices with 'yellow mark/exclamation mark'. Thank you very much. The AVERMEDIA was installed ok. Now I send you a screenshot of DEVICE MANAGER page. And ask you about the WiFi driver that is not giving me option to share my internet connection with other devices through Intel mYWiFi.

The Avermedia installed ok. And know the Centrino 1000 installed ok, but I had to install MY WiFi Dashboard from Intel to manage the Internet Sharing (HOTSPOT). Thank you very much!!
I have upgraded my XPS 17 L702x to Windows10 Pro. Everything is fine but I'm not able to find a software to watch the integrated TV (AverMedia H339 Hybrid Analog/DVBT). Could someone please help me to fix this issue?

From your Service Tag, Original System Configuration
Wireless Card, Intel 1000: http://ftp.dell.com/FOLDER00804876M/15/Network_Intel_WLAN_W784_A02_Setup-37PPD_ZPE.exe
For the TV Tuner there is no Windows 8 driver but the Windows 7 driver should work fine:
