Factory reset to Windows 8.1 and cannot get back my Windows 10
3 weeks ago I did a factory reset to Windows 8.1 and now I cannot get back my Windows 10. I have installed all updates available and now I guess Micro$oft will not recognize that I am the one that had a valid Windows 10 license and they will not give it me back.
Was there a promotional period of time when I could get that and now it is not available anymore? Is there a support from Microsoft where I could request my license back?
I suppose they should have my windows 8.1 serial listed somewhere as the one that upgraded to Windows 10 for free, I am sure they have it so why they do this? Why I cannot get back to my Windows 10?

drvitorino2016,
You should still be able to get Windows 10. Click the link below for information getting Windows 10 back installed on your computer.

Hi Jesse, thanks
The microsoft link to Windows 10 installer tool says "The Windows 10 free upgrade offer has ended." and it offers me the option to buy it, which I refuse because it is unfair..
I reset my computer obviously because I had problems with it, because Windows 10 simply consumed my entire SSD and now with Windows 8.1 I have everything installed as before and 90 GB free... That is unfair not givving me back my license...

DRVITORINO2016,You do not have to purchase Windows 10 if you have installed it and activated it the first time. If you did not activate it when it was installed then, you will need to purchase it. Click the links below for information and reinstall information.

Well, now I think it is ok, I could get in contact with microsoft support and they accessed my computer and I have downloaded Windows 10 ISO file with installation.
Thanks Jesse, I think your post is a valuable solution to keep here.
