W32.blaster worm virus
I have a alienware mini notebook. Yesterday I was looking up links until the internet explorer cut off. Then my laptop begins downloading programs and next it tells me I have a w32.blaster.worm virus. My laptop also contracted virus' trojandownloader, mal/generic-a trojan.agent.

"Then my laptop begins downloading programs..." Do you have the NAME of the new program(s) that was(/were) downloaded... or are now running... on your computer? Can you describe [or better yet, copy the exact text of the warnings] what's being displayed to you?
"next it tells me..." What is "it"? Your [legitimate] anti-virus program (if so, which one)? Or a message from Windows/Microsoft? Or is it from the "new" program --- which may be a "rogue" trying to trick you?
"Blaster" is a rather "ancient" worm at this point... IF that's what you have, it should be removable by the Microsoft Malicious Software Removal Tool... link to the 32-bit (x86) version is http://www.microsoft.com/download/en/details.aspx?displaylang=en&id=16 (Note: There's a separate version of the MRT for x64-bit systems)
also, note that the designation "generic" malware/trojans is the least reliable classification (i.e., it is more prone to false positives than a "specifically" identified problem).
With more information, someone here would be in a better position to try to assist you...

We've seen these messages used by rogues lately. Most likely that is what is involved.

It is referring to a program on my laptop called Security Protection. Which says my pc has a virus and it wants to clean it, for a price. I don't trust the program because when I search for the program on my laptop security It wasnt found.

As I mentioned in my post... and as bugbatter confirmed... it looks like you have a "rogue" (phony) program attacking your system.
I believe it can be fixed... most likely using MalwareBytes AntiMalware. However, other tools (such as RKill and maybe a TDSS remover [IF the rogue was installed by, or in conjunction with, a rootkit]) might be needed as well, and if so, they may need to be run in a particular order. As such, I strongly suggest you wait for BugBatter to reply back here, and then follow exactly whatever advice she offers.

Try the steps here: http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/virus-removal/remove-security-protection
If that does not work, you may have additional infections as well as vulnerabilities involved. In that case it might be good to post on one of the forums listed here: http://hjt-data.trendmicro.com/hjt/analyzethis/index.php
