Mcafee virtual technician not detecting securtity center.

I'm running Mac iffy security center on XPS 410 with windows vista.  My problem is that the virtual technicians only detects site adviser and none on the other products does anyone have a clue to why this is happening as uninstalled and reinstalled the virtual technicians several times
