Unqualified user setting up a central monitor station

I am trying to set up a central monitor station for my VNX's. All VNX's are setup in the domain but when I try to monitor an array I get the error below. I have a specific account on all of the arrays that I want to use but as shown below the system always wants to attach to the arrays with "system" as the privileged user. How do I force the software to use a different account. I added the user account emc@XXX.XXX.XXX.XXX to the agent.config file, but that doesn't seem to make any difference.  Thanks
