That is a browser security issue. I would suggest that you review the firmware release notes and use a validated browser. If you would like to try to get that browser to work with the 2162 then I would recommend checking the support forums for that browser.
This is a reported issue for that browser on Bugzilla. It is not a bug though. Firefox increased the minimum requirements. Until we release a firmware update to validate that browser I would not recommend using it.
Thanks for replying back. The problem is I have two of the KVM switches, and the only browser that seems to work is Firefox 38. I have tried Internet Explorer, and on one switch I am able to log in, but no devices show up in the target list. On the other switch I receive the following message:
The security certificate presented by this website is not secure.
I downloaded the latest firmware, but I am having problems installing it. I have the file on a usb device, and I type in the file name: FL0658-DELL-1.6.3.0.3440.fl, and I receive the following message: The provided file was not the correct file type.

Hello
Make sure that the file is extracted. Also, I suggest using FAT32 when formatting the USB device. Most of our equipment will not recognize USB devices formatted with NTFS. You also may need to use c:\ in front of the file name(C:\FL0658-DELL-1.6.3.0.3440.fl).
Check to make sure this is a 2162. Also, what is the current firmware version? Rename the file to something simpler like update.fl and try directing to that.
One other thing, try renaming the file to a .flv extension. I'm trying to locate documentation on whether it is supposed to be .fl or .flv, but it won't hurt to try .flv

The usb device is formatted with FAT32. The only file on the usb drive is FL0658-DELL-1.6.3.0.3440.fl. If I try
c:\FL0658-DELL-1.6.3.0.3440.fl the message is "A file with the given name was not found in the supplied location.
If I just type the file name, I get: :The provided file was not the correct file type".

Change the name to update.flv and makes no difference.
