Ubuntu Server issue - EXT4-fs error....
I have a T620 running Ubuntu Server 20.04. A few weeks ago I was starting to see this problem occur. The only solution is to reboot and no log is created. So a screen shot is the best I can do. The sde drive is my boot drive. A single SSD plugged into one of the on board SATA ports. The past two days in got worse and I was unable to boot.
Instead of an SSD I grabbed a 2.5 hard drive to test out and did a fresh install. This morning I found it doing the same as in the photo, again. It was working last night though.
It seems unlikely that the hard drive itself is the issue. So now I'm thinking either a hard ware issue or a compatibility issue with The latest updates of Ubuntu Server.
Anyone know what's going on here or can point me in the right direction?

Hello,
Ubuntu is not a supported operating system for the server, but based on your screenshot, it looks like file system corruption. The server does have hardware diagnostics you can run from the Lifecycle controller, so that should help identify a hardware failure, in case sde is having issues. I did a bit of looking and it seems like it may be an issue with Ubuntu, you might consider digging into that possibility a bit deeper.
